Quality Assurance and Process Improvements

The Quality Systems at all TIGHITCO facilities are approved to ISO 9001 and AS 9100 International Standards. Each company utilizes a similar Quality Systems Manual and Procedures.  Work Instructions vary based on each facility’s unique capability. This provides a high level of commonality across our businesses ensuring your products will always be made to the highest quality standards. The table shows some of the significant Quality Systems Approvals for each facility.

All TIGHITCO companies are actively involved in a Continuous Process Improvement program that is designed to continually look for ways to improve our service, delivery, quality, and cost performance. Lean Manufacturing concepts are used extensively in each facility to accomplish these goals. This approach has resulted in significant cost savings for our customers and allowed TIGHITCO to reach aggressive cost reduction goals.
