Phosphoric Acid Anodizing
The
Ellcott Division of TIGHITCO is a key supplier of subcontract Phosphoric Acid
Anodizing for the aerospace industry. PAA is known as the optimum method of
preparing aluminum surfaces for adhesive bonding. Our tank sizes are 3.5' wide,
5.0' deep, and 12.0' long, which combined with our improved racking system,
makes it possible to handle the vast majority of detail components requiring
the PAA process. Our environmentally controlled adhesive priming and curing
facility supplements the chemical processing line. In-house laboratory capabilities
are available for analysis and process control testing.Our PAA processing line consists of nine stations with the following processing parameters.
