Laser Processing
Although
primarily well known as a manufacturer of structural components and assemblies,
the Ellcott Division of TIGHITCO also provides laser-processing services to
our customers. Our 2000 W laser center is well suited to performing material
processing and blanking operations for a wide range of applications. Capabilities
include sizes up to 5' x 10' while holding dimensional tolerance and repeatability
of +/- 0.001". Our laser processing services offer a unique and efficient
method for customers to reduce cost, accelerate throughput and expand capacity
by eliminating internal operations such as shearing, notching, nibbling and
profiling. Offload requirements are supported with a rapid response turnaround
in order to provide J-I-T efficiency to our customers.Back To Top
